Information you submit

The demo and pilot inquiry form asks for dealership name, contact name, reply email, area of interest (sales, service, or both), and request type (demo or pilot). When you submit it, the website validates those fields and sends them by email to iDigital Media Group, LLC through Resend. Your reply email is used as the reply-to address so the team can respond to your inquiry.

The inspected inquiry route does not save the submitted inquiry to the app’s database. After a successful Resend response, the route writes the returned provider message ID to its standard output log; it does not write the submitted field values there. This does not describe copies retained in the recipient mailbox, by Resend, or by hosting and logging systems.

Live Demo, audio, and microphone

The optional VORYCE Live Demo loads an Anam widget in your browser. The site’s integration does not start a session or request microphone access before you activate the demo. If you choose to start it and grant microphone permission, the widget can process microphone input and the live interaction to provide the demonstration.

The inspected VORYCE code does not show VORYCE receiving or storing the demo’s audio or conversation. Anam and any systems it uses process the interaction for the widget. The project does not establish the applicable account’s session, recording, or retention settings, or whether the widget uses additional browser storage technologies.

Browser storage, cookies, and theme preference

The site’s theme control uses next-themes. The default theme follows the system setting; when you choose a display theme, the provider stores that preference in browser local storage under the key theme. The inspected application code does not directly access cookies or sessionStorage for the inquiry, demo, or analytics features described here. That does not determine whether a third-party widget or infrastructure provider uses its own cookies or storage.

Analytics and visitor identifier

If a Polsia analytics slug is supplied to the deployed site, the page-load analytics component reads the polsia_vid value from local storage or creates a random identifier and stores it there. It then sends a beacon request to the configured Polsia analytics service containing that identifier and the analytics slug. If no slug is supplied, this beacon is not rendered. The repository does not establish Polsia’s account-level analytics settings, retention period, or an opt-out control for this beacon.

Service providers and infrastructure

• Resend: receives the inquiry email request to deliver it to iDigital Media Group, LLC. Its handling and retention depend on provider and account settings that are not available in this project.
• Anam: provides the activated live demonstration widget and processes the interaction as described above. The VORYCE account’s data-retention settings have not been confirmed.
• Polsia analytics: receives the page-load beacon only when the analytics slug is present. The project does not establish its retention or account-level use settings.
• Hosting and deployment infrastructure: serves the site and receives routine requests. The specific provider, exact request metadata it processes, and its retention settings are not identified by this project. Such infrastructure may process ordinary technical request information as part of operating the site.

How information is used

iDigital Media Group, LLC receives submitted inquiries at its business mailbox and uses them to review and respond to demo or pilot requests. The browser-side widget uses information exchanged during a session to provide the live demo. The conditional Polsia beacon transmits a page-load identifier and slug to the analytics service; the application source does not define additional analytics reporting or uses. Hosting and deployment systems process requests to deliver the website.

Retention and deletion

The application does not retain inquiry records in its database. This does not establish how long inquiry emails remain in the recipient mailbox, Resend systems, or infrastructure logs. The project also does not verify Anam session retention, Polsia analytics retention, or hosting-provider log retention. No retention period or deletion outcome can be stated from the available code and configuration.

Security

The inquiry handler checks request origin and content type, limits the JSON body size, and validates the submitted fields before sending an email. These code-level checks are not a security certification and do not establish the controls used by independent providers or infrastructure. No internet transmission or storage method can be described as guaranteed secure based on this project alone.

Privacy requests

Where applicable, you may ask about, access, correct, or request deletion of personal information by emailing the contact below. Identify the email address used for your inquiry and describe the request so it can be reviewed. The site does not provide a self-service request portal, and records held by an email, analytics, demo, or infrastructure provider may also be subject to that provider’s systems and processes. Requests will be handled as applicable law requires and based on the records available to iDigital Media Group, LLC.

Children

The inquiry form is designed for dealership business contacts and is not directed to children. The inspected site does not include an age gate or age-verification process. If you believe a child submitted information through the site, contact iDigital Media Group, LLC so the request can be reviewed.

Changes to this Policy

This policy may be updated as the website or its providers change. A revised version will be posted on this page.
